My TV wasn't working and I had two frustrating experiences trying to get it fixed. The first shop in Ealing Broadway didn't answer their phone. I left a message. No call back. I visited the shop in person. They couldn't help but recommended another shop in Hanwell. It was closed. I left another phone message that wasn't returned. At home I found All Day TV Repairs. Winston picked up the phone, came round to my house and collected the TV and Freeview box. They were returned within 2 days and the TV was working. 24 hours after I called, the shop in Hanwell phoned me with some cockamaimy story about a crisis and the entire staff having to leave the shop. And you couldn't leave a note on the door to that effect? Not much of a service. However I shall return to All Day TV Repairs.

When my TV just stopped working I found this number in Yellow Pages and spoke to a very helpful lady. She said I would be contacted later and Mr.. Harridge phoned to say that he would come immediately to see the TV. He took the TV to his workshop and delivered it back next day as good if not better than new! I was delighted with such prompt and efficient service!
